Father's Day Weekend

This weekend was pretty low key, mostly due to the cold and wet spring we've been having. We did, however, manage to get out and have some fun!

Grandparents Visit

Eric's parents visited last week and we all really enjoyed having them here. I'm glad we remembered to take so many pictures!

A Face Changer

Memorial Day will now live in infamy for us. While playing upstairs in her room, Maddie managed to jump off of her bed and crack her head on her bookcase. We took Maddie to the hospital where she had to be sedated to get 6 internal and 8 external stitches. Today I took Maddie to get the external stitches taken out. It turned out to be almost as stressful as getting them put it. Maddie had to be wrapped in a blanket to restrain her arms while a nurse held her head still. She screamed because it was scary, but was fine as soon as it was over and she got a lollipop. Now an already cute face has some more character!
