Easter

We had a lot of fun this Easter weekend. Saturday was the most beautiful day we've had this year and we were lucky enough to make it to two egg hunts. We took the kids to zoo for the first egg hunt with the Coomers and it was very cute. The second egg hunt at a local park with the Powers, which we forgot to take pictures of, but made for an enjoyable afternoon. Eric and I enjoy all of the memories and traditions we're making with our kids.

Preparing for Easter

With Easter soon arriving, both our kids are really getting in the spirit. Maddie has been so excited to decorate eggs, though she doesn't quite grasp what you do with them. She seems to think that we will give them to the Easter bunny and that he and his wife will eat them, kind of like Santa. It's cute to see Maddie and Otis get so excited about an event! We're going to the zoo and having a dinner for Easter, so more photos will be coming!

Garden Helpers

We've been working on starting our garden, but it's been slow going because it's been too cold to plant anything. We have been working to get our garden ready and we have two of the cutest helpers in town!
