Thanks for stopping by my blog! I got your note about running in AZ. I am NOT acclimated to the heat so I was a bit nervous I would get dizzy & faint down there :) I think running in the early a.m., running a slower pace, taking water, and staying hydrated are about all you can do until you get acclimated. To help your body hydrate, you can take some additional electrolytes before, during, and after you run. Maybe try some NUUN tablets in your water or something similar?
